Salman Khan Made Fun of Katrina Kaif’s Break-up with Ranbir Kapoor :

Although it wasn’t telecast on TV, Salman Khan actually made fun of Katrina Kaif’s break-up with Ranbir Kapoor…

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif were a couple. About a few years ago. Then Katrina dumped Salman for a much younger Ranbir Kapoor. Now, after almost three years of togetherness, it seems that the Katrina-Ranbir love story has come to an end. Soon after the split, Katrina decided to land up on Salman’s Bigg Boss 9 sets to promote her next film Fitoor. Coincidence much? Not really!

Katrina who was accompanied by her Fitoor team, including Aditya Roy Kapur, Tabu and director Abhishek Kapoor went on stage and performed on the love track from the film with her co-star. Soon enough, Salman, known for his trademark histrionics, came on stage and started making fun of Katrina and Aditya. All in good humour. But then, something happened. Something that wasn’t telecast on TV.

What was it? A source from the production who saw the entire shoot told us, “After the performance, Salman called Tabu and Gattu to join Katrina and Aditya on stage. Then, he asked them the release date of Fitoor to which Gattu promptly replied that it’s hitting theatres in the Valentine’s Day week. That’s when Salman asked all of them one by one what their plans for V-Day are. After Tabu, Gattu and Aditya, it was Katrina’s turn to answer. And before she could answer, Salman started laughing saying, ‘Tum chhod do’ (You don’t have to answer it). Katrina was left embarrassed on stage.”

Did it sour their relationship? “No, they kept joking like that till the Fitoor team left. It was all for fun, nothing serious.” Previously too Salman had made fun of Katrina-Ranbir’s relationship in the past. Remember how he had stated that Katrina could have been a Khan but she chose to be a Kapoor at Arpita Khan’s wedding? That too had left the actress red in the face. And this one was just another usual Salman remark.
